In late 2002, after a difficult period of internal reorganization, a new focus was shaped by the management of the company. This focus was Innovation - but not just innovation for the sake of the word, but innovation that will be applied to every facet of our business to deliver superior productivity, higher performance, both of which should lead to real and sustained profits for all our stakeholders. This theme has hence become our brand promise - that in all our interactions both internally and externally, we will seek gains in productivity, performance and ultimately profits for all.
Thus from 2002, Persol has embarked on an arduous journey of change, change of the beneficial kind. From products, processes to people, we have improved, we have modified and we have developed. For us at Persol, this is not a 3- or 5-year plan, but a continuous and relentless pursuit of knowledge, methods and practices that will enable us improve what we do, how we do it and who we are. A relentless pursuit that will keep us in a leadership role in Ghana and the sub-region; a pursuit that will enable us break out of the stereotype of Ghanaian business - forever small, forever local; a pursuit that will result in real benefits for Africa and its people.
